Hyatt went over the top with her customer service. She let look at the apartment three times after I applied to get measurements (me working in property management, I know the feeling :) . Thanks for making my move smooth.

Good Stuff, but a couple notes

1. PLEASE get the elevator company to program the elevators correctly. On -2, -1, and 0R, you call one elevator and they both come even though you can't access the other, as a result they make unnecessary stops and take forever. Also, on 6 sometimes you push the button and it doesn't call the elevator and you have to wait a minute or two before it starts to light up. 2. PLEASE change from the fairly depressing "motivational" posters in the elevators. I feel there are far better ways to get people feeling better than basically saying "don't kill yourself". I'm all for mental health, but they have been more depressing than anything. 3. Everything other than the elevators has been great!
