Edition is the best place to live

I have now lived at Edition for over a year and a half. I absolutely LOVE this building and never want to move! The location is amazing, the staff goes out of their way to help! Kinsey, Rick & Nyoma are always on top of things, always have the package room very organized and they plan wonderful building events! The events are a wonderful way to meet other residents! They have hosted BINGO nights, wine tasting, Happy Hours at different places, football / holiday parties and much more! I love hosting friends and family here, especially in the beautiful community rooms. Everyone that visits is in awe of the amazing view and the building! My parents have stayed in the guest suite twice now, and they did not want to leave! It was a perfect size apartment that had everything they needed for their stay, and came with a parking spot. Also, security is very on top of things and always makes me feel very safe. I absolutely recommend this building to everyone I know!

Cat House

My emotional support pets, Tom Cat and Scaredy Cat, are very shy. This place is so safe and quiet that we have no problems living here. We live next to the jail and the train and traffic noises are non-issues. The gym, park and party room and wonderful. The staff is professional and friendly. Everything is well maintained. The location is perfect for my daily 12 hour visits to the jail and parking has never been an issue. This is an excellent value for my money.

Best Experience Ever

This has been the best experience I have ever had in apartment community living. Thank you to the Edition staff and management for an amazing 1.5 years, I wish I could stay longer! Rick, McKinsey, Nyonma, and Nate are the backbone of what makes this place so special and I could not recommend it enough to anyone looking in the area. Location is ideal, events are fun & engaging, and customer service is second to none. All of the residents are welcoming and neighborly, which made it easy to make quality friends during my stay. If you are looking for a new HOME, then look no further - you have found it. Cheers!

downtown living

We have lived here about 1 1/2 years. The staff is professional and friendly. The neighbors are friendly. Amenities are good but all location in the central building. The location is awesome with two of the three buildings being connected to the Skywalk. Great restaurants and entertainment options in walking distance.

Review of Edition

I have lived here for 2 years and enjoy the great view, the walkability to so many things such as us bank stadium, the stone arch bridge, and the armory. I have met many friendly neighbors and friendly staff that go above and beyond to help. Rick and Mason did a phenomenal job transitioning a new management last year.
