New owners

I’ve lived here for years and have had no upgrades at all, but the rent keeps going up. My apartment smells like mold and my toilet constantly runs, my nephew had to replace broken outlets and light switches . The owners are not taking care of the apartments at all. They do not clear the sidewalks or put salt down. I almost fell taking my garabe out. I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. The guy above me slams his patio door open and closed all hours of the night. This place has gone downhill fast. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to live after i pay my rent. I am 70 years old and this place is not senior friendly

Value has decreased

Was happy with this place until management changed. No parking, no park and no swimming for $1300 monthly is insane. Especially when you have new neighbors lingering and stinking up the halls. Your personal carport will be used by someone else but its a passcode entry for each main door.

Overall has been a good experience

Overall, my experience has been very good, where my unit is located, and friendly building neighbors. The office staff has always been friendly and polite, too. I love looking out to the greenery from my balcony and has been pretty quiet, which I'm grateful for so far. The construction on Garfield has been the biggest con so far! I would recommend Washington Place Apartments, with my current experience the last year, and have signed for another year!
