Pretty location, sub par experience

The location is scenic, but the staff in the leasing office have messed up several things to do with my lease renewal, including several months of double charging me for parking that I had to have corrected. They also can't seem to keep concierge staff for very long, and while I know that turnover is common for many reasons in the service industry, this seems like a particular issue with management. When the Tall Ship is open in the summer, the whole area gets crowded with traffic and foot traffic. A lot of that noise carries up into the apartments as well.

Needs more attention to cleaning

We love the location but have noticed a decline in management. Maintenance is responsive but appliances need replacing. There is trash in the hallways, garage and outdoor spaces. Use of marijuana is prevalent. It is not reasonable for tenants to identify the unit where the smoke is coming when it permeates the hallway. Hallway Carpets need to be cleaned. Tenants dispose of trash without trash bags. It would be nice to see a better enforcement of the rules Also the pool needs More frequent cleaning. Concierge is always helpful but often very busy and it takes several minutes to get help. Office staff are not as engaging to create a community. This is a great community. A title attention would make us a better community

East Pier Dr. Review

Been in this Building for 2 years now. Amenities are broken 80% of the time. The fireplace by the grills has never worked and staff never repair it. The pool closes about every other week for maintenance. Staff not very helpful and only seems to be friendly when they want to sell units. Very expensive units for the poor quality in service.
