Such a beautiful and quiet place . Love how pet friendly they are and staff is truly amazing I appreciate them for all there hard work

The location is decent, good parking and nice staves. But the apartment itself is old and wood is squeaky despite carpeted floors. Need frequent maintenance calls on plumbing/drainage. Property rent shoots up around 10-15% on every lease. Overall : Not worth if you looking stay for few years,

The head maintenance person has very unfriendly and belligerent attitude. When he'd come over for maintenance, his countenance and engagement is as though the tenants shouldn't be submitting for fixes in the first place. He talks down to tenants without any sense of mutual respect, as though tenants live in the property for free. Indeed, he's a pain to work with. Change may be welcome.

I think need take care more the cleaning included wipe the doors between the hallways , I have see many package delivery in wrong building , is some of my is just disappear .

Overall, great place. As far as amenities go, the pool and 24 hour gym are definitely nice, but I wish there was a type of clubhouse (if we needed a little extra space) where we could bring friends to hang out for a game night or something. The walls are a little thin but good overall. You can faintly hear a dog barking from another apartment, but I don't think it would be loud enough to keep me up at night (not that they bark at night, only during the day).
