We have been here for a few months now, and its improved the quality of our lives drastically from the last place we rented. This is for multiple reasons, the in-apartment amenities are all great quality, the apartment is clean and inviting, the space feels homey. Parking is easy and always accessible, There is a playground for our little one, games, a pool, beautiful gym and cycle room. The staff is also amazing, they are so super friendly, professional and responsive. They build a sense of community and plan fun events. We are so grateful to live here!

Especially this time of year, the maintenance guy is always find a way to be positive and helpful. The parking lots here are crazy to plow I don't know how they get it done. We haven't had any needs really in our apartment but I know anywhere I walk around in the complex I will see at least a couple of guys around which I really appreciate. The property is well kept Thoughtfully planned out, when we were looking at this place for the first time I felt like I was somewhere else separated from the rest of the town which I loved for an apartment. There's lots of families and during the nice weather there is always kids running around playing(our last place wouldn't let us have recreational use of the property?!) The staffing office is fantastic, I can't say enough about how comfortable they are to speak with. My emails and texts are always answered, and not by a bot. The whole team is great, property well kept, we feel safe! My ONLY COMPLAINT is price but that's everyone's problem right now ! Thanks everyone at Oasis

Overall good exoerience - rents are going up more than a cost of living. I am waiting for the day that comolexes will value thier long term term resident's who oay market rate, unfortunatley that is not likely to happen.
