Great Place
This place truly is luxury. Great workers and management. Well maintained. Great location, near everything you'll ever need.
Immaculate Attractive Community
Staff/Maintenance are so warm and friendly! The property is immaculate. Love my apartment and the Smart Home features.
Not a great experience
I have lived here for 6 months and not impressed. Staff members are very rude, walls are very thin you can hear everything thats going on with the neighbors next door. Some of the neighbors are very nosey and petty.
Home Sweet Home
I’ve been a happy resident at the Oasis at Plainville since 2018 and have been pleased to call the apartment my home. The staff is attentive when I have questions, and helping me complete the leasing process. If there’s any maintenance requests, (like replacing a light bulb on the stove) it is responded to within a day. I also rent out a parking garage for a reasonable fee, but generally the parking lot is really convenient.
