Nice Community
Gorgeous place. Good location and price. Staff is kind and responsive and does community events often. Amenities are nice too and with their coffee machine, I don't have to buy coffee anymore. Not a ton of guest parking all the time but the MBTA lot is next door if it comes to it. Would recommend.
Not What I Expected
Living here wasn’t what I expected. The noise of the train is very loud and there is a group of truckers that sit in the parking lot outside every single night and make a lot of noise (rain or shine). My shower broke multiple times where the water pressure just died out mid shower and there is always mold growing no matter how ventilated I keep the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen grows more mold than I’ve ever seen and very fast too. The water tastes and smells like chlorine and dried my skin out. I never had problems with management they were nice. The garage door was broken for what felt like almost an entire year and there is basically no guest parking which can be frustrating. So many lovely people that live in the building. Very friendly. A lot of friendly pets although there is not a lot of allotted space for the pets so it gets smelly outside and you have to watch your step. The pool is in a bad spot because it only gets sun for about 5 hours a day then the sun spends the rest of the day on the other side of the building. The paint was put on really poorly and it is hard to clean the walls / baseboards etc and there are a lot of paint splatters on the floors. Maintenance is very nice and they are responsive in a timely manner.
Top Notch Community
A great community in a great location of Weymouth. Next to the highway and you can easily get to Abington, Rockland, or Braintree in a minute. Amenities are plentiful and the finishes of the apartment are well above average than other apartment communities in the area. The staff is super friendly too!
