Slipping
The rent is too high. Seeing more people moving out than moving in. This place is slipping. Not as clean as when we moved in. No incentives to stay and renew the lease either.

My experience moving and living here now the past 2 weeks has been great. I want to particularly recognize Samantha who gave a phenomenal tour of the place and we fell in love with it. Such an amazing property to live at!!
The staff is warm and welcoming, the maintenance is quick and friendly, the location is EVERYTHING (not to mention the views) and the apartment itself is gorgeous. One of the best properties in the South Shore by far!

We've lived here for 6 months and we have a beautiful apartment. The major reason we love it here is because of the staff and families that live here. Everyone is very friendly and it's very quiet here.
