Quiet and Comfortable

I've lived at The Interurban Lofts for over a year now. I am very satisfied with the living conditions. Everything is new (within the past few years). While in the apartments, you can't hear your neighbors at all. If you're in the hallway you can hear if someone is listening to their TV at a decent volume, but that seems unavoidable. Maintenance gets an A+. You'll never have to wait for a maintenance request because the main guy is usually on the property or near by. He's also very friendly. The staff in general is pleasant and helpful if you ever have any questions. The best part about the property is the underground parking garage. Best parking in the Kansas City area in my opinion. Safe and secure. Rent is a little high but you get a lot for what you're paying.

Shiny Happy People

I have lived here 6 weeks, and can't say that I have any complaints. Staff is attentive, building is secure and clean, apartments are pretty quiet and spacious. Nice convenient location that is near alot of restaurants, shops and other MOM n POP stores. Neighbors are nice. How could one go wrong? Happy to be here.

Incredible!

I have lived at InterUrban since March 2022. Every single aspect of living here as exceeded my expectations. I love being a resident. Friendly neighbors, staff, and issues are handled promptly. Business center with printer, delicious coffee machine, and perfect patio/outside area with fire pit and grills. Neighbors use this space to gather and it can be used to host guests. I rarely have issues with amenities being used when I'd like to use them. They are never overcrowded. Gym is great and useful. It is a quiet place to live, overall. The neighbors are really respectful. The noise is my only complaint when my neighbors are making noise, however, this isn't a big issue since they are generally quiet people. Parking is easy and convenient. Five stars!
