8+ years. Overall its been pretty good, things have changed quite a bit in the last couple years.

It's been good except for maintenance. Getting broken tiles fixed in the bathtub took forever. Hopefully there is not a mold problem now. I have been without a washer for over a month. Work orders were closed stating the work was completed when I was told parts needed to be ordered. No one new anything about that. I was also told they could not install an other washer because someone might lease an apartment and they need it there. I'm very disappointed. They also stated, with the new tariffs, it could take a long time to get the part. However, they didn't order it until a month after it was looked at.

Very to little communication from the office from move out to move in. Never received notice/nor gave permission for maintenance personnel and/or pest control entering my apartment. Some how a group email through this app is there only way to communicate. Upon move out asked for a receipt and received a signed post it note. The apartment itself was not to bad. Very thin walls and floors you hear everything people outside people up stairs talking in the shower. The gated community has gates that don't work and are open 24/7 would never recommend nor rent again
