Place is fine. Loved here 3 years with hardly any problems. If there was a problem maintenance was quick to take care of it.

Rent

$700 reinstatement fee is just insane! I understand my responsibility is to pay rent on time. We all have been through financial issues. Adding 700 by the 9th is crazy and inhumane. When im already having issues for the month you think adding on 700 bucks is going to help. Theres no lead way. Paying almost $3000 for this is highly upsetting.

Great apartment

The apartment location is perfect for my job in the area and near many shops and restaurants. The complex is quiet and the staff are very helpful with any issues that come up. Very happy living here!
