Unless you stay home all the time you wont have a parking spot, on any given night theres 3-5 cars parked in front of the building, not any amenities except for a shitty little pool. The rent cost is outrageously high and all really give you is a dryer in the unit that barely works. We called maitnence about our broken counter.. first Jessica rudely exclaimed “you broke our counter?” no i broke MY counter in MY apartment fhat i pay way to much for, they never fixed it. Barry one of the maitnence guys said that we werent the only ones. There were multiple units with s cracked granite counter, this was over a year ago and ive heard nothing about a giant crack in my granite.
