Overall it isn't bad. The Staff,Management and Maintenance crew are very accomodating. The neighbors are friendly. Weekend partying and trash is troublesome. Our vehicle was the subject of a hit and run over the summer,most likely by a non resident. Non Residents parking work machinery in parking spaces for residents happens daily and over the weekend.

I'm a long time resident of Capella Apartments and it is great to have a staff that is professional. In today's times, there is no guarantee that a Leaser will treat you with respect. I have complete gratitude for the current and past leasing staffs. These are trying times and it is nice to do business with honest and fair individuals.

This apartment complex is very modern updated with many things to do swimming working out ect Ive lived here ten years so far and just renewed my lease again so thank u capella staff for making me feel at home in my home
