Long time resident

So far we have had been many changes from the name to the owners. We are experiencing some tough times I hope that things don't change to much to force me to leave. I'm a satisfied resident

Rent comparable to others in area

The unit does not include lights in the bedroom, and so when doing the inital walk through, rooms were not very well lit. Upon moving in, and installing lamps and lighting, I saw the master bedroom has a pink/reddish stain that the front office did not mention and was not aware of, drywall is falling apart in corners through out the unit and roaches are able to crawl in from any crevice. I do not want to be responsible for these since the unit was given to me in this condition. Unfortunately, I am not currently able to move and had to renew my lease.
