I’m concerned about the parking and overall property security. It feels too easy for non-residents to access the property, which raises safety concerns for both vehicles and homes. Additionally, the cleanliness and upkeep of the community could be improved. Considering the amount residents are paying, I believe there should be stronger security measures and better maintenance standards.

Ive lived here for about a year, While I like my apartment itself, the gym, and the location, living here has been frustrating. Neighbors and kids are very loud, especially in the hallways and late at night. Ive also had ongoing maintenance issues with my toilet, large amounts of fruit flies from the drains, and inconsistent water temperature. Parking is unacceptable. The gate is rarely working, yet residents are charged for parking. There is not enough free parking and care get booted by third party that is very rude. overall, I would not recommend living here.

This apartment has been up for a while , this is my 1st year here. I believe this place has so much more potential when comes to amenities and overall layout for residents. Things could be updated, some things could use some attention and I dont know what it is but the main elevator has been broken for 3-4 months now. Our gym should be updated along with the lounge room. It would also be very good to have a pressure wash in the hallways I would say every 6 Months. I know I am just a resident , but I know this place has more potential with the location it is in. It says "Luxury" but I don't feel it it more so regular if im being honest . Thank you

Everything is broken honestly. Elevator, gate, doors, not enough guest parking. Valet trash person overworked.
