I've been living at this property for over 12 years and must say, this is the best owner (s) and management team ever. They have taken so much care and pride of the property in such a short time, and I can't wait to see the end results. This apartment complex has gotten so much bad reviews because of poor management, people who really didn't care, but I can unequivocally say, dont make a decision by what you read, come and see for yourself, take a minute and talk with the management team then take a tour, if you agree with my overview, turn around and write a review yourself.

Birch Run Apts is a great place to call home. Maintenance is extremely responsive for all jobs - big and small. Current management has done a lot to innovate the living experience here. I believe once all the rough edges are smoothed - Birch Run will become a "must" on a renter's list.
