Beautiful Community with Great Location Review Body: I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at The Pointe Apartments. The community is tucked away in a peaceful part of Stone Mountain, yet it’s still close to shopping, restaurants, and Stone Mountain Park. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and I love having the lake and walking areas right outside my door. The amenities are a huge plus — the pool is great for relaxing in the summer, the fitness center makes it easy to stay active, and there are plenty of open spaces to enjoy with family and friends. Parking has always been easy, and I appreciate the convenience of being so close to major highways and MARTA. One of the highlights for me has been the staff. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone has been friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, the team has been quick to respond and professional. Overall, The Pointe feels like home. It’s a beautiful, welcoming community with a great location, comfortable apartments, and staff that truly care about residents.

I moved in on January 31, 2025. So far, my experience has been somewhat unremarkable, mainly because of a few concerns I have. In my opinion, these issues should have been addressed by maintenance before my move-in, assuming there are standard operating procedures in place for building maintenance and that those procedures are properly followed and verified for completion. I also recognize that I should have been more thorough during my move-in walkthrough. On a positive note, my experience has been greatly enhanced by Nick Patel. He is accommodating, responsive, and extremely helpful! The bright side of my move-in experience is Nick Patel. He is amendable, responsive, and extremely helpful!
