Best Location Ever

I really love where I live at. Sometimes the kids in the neighborhood are a bit noisy and won't get out the streets. Maintenence is always on point. Right now I may be facing eviction due to me falling on hard times, being that I'm a single mom of two kids under the age of 18. Management have tried to work with me ,but it's like I keep falling deeper and deeper in my hole. They have been more than lenient and I want to say thank you . My apartment has been very much cozy and the community has been well kept. I love how classy the mail centers look. We even have a mail area for Amazon packages, etc... The school district is fornomnal. My son is attending one of the best elementary schools in Dekalb County. And my daughter is also attending one of the best middle schools in Dekalb County. Their school is one of the reasons I was trying my best to maintain my apartment as far as keeping up with my rent and other bills. But life happened. I hope that this review helps someone to make up their minds as far as where they want their new home to be. And good luck to all the other reviewed.

So far no major issues however the rent is too expensive for the unit. Its not worth the price

Amazing

I had a great exprience with the staff when i first mkved here. Everything went smoothly. After moving in i didnt have any issues with the apartment. I have recommended multiple of my friends to move here and they did. Its a good clean area and safety is important for me and this apartment is safe so far.
