Could be a lot better.

They have a high turnover rate with the staff. The gym equipment is constantly not working and they take forever to fix. They have a broken glass in the gym that they just threw tape over and never fixed. My sliding door has been broke since last may and they havent fixed it after telling me they were going to. They moved the late rent notice from the 5th to the 4th. And as aoon as youre one day late they close the portal so you have to get a money order and cant do it online. Just a a cold heartless staff and when i said this is my firt time being late i always pay thwy said using online services is a privilege. I approached the new staff about my sliding being broke they said they would be out here friday and no one was out here.
