1 Month In and Great So Far!
We have been here for just about a month and love it! Perfect distance from the Downtown bars, water and Tropicana Field. Our only current issue is the noise related to construction, but that should be gone soon!
Decent Apartments for the locationh
I've been here for 2 years and the apartment is just okay. They increase rent yearly but the quality remains the same (which is poor). The amenities are not great and this is by far no "luxury" apartment, no matter how much renovation they do. Parking is typically fine but there are times when there is absolutely no parking to the point where you have to park in the visitors section (IF there is even any).

Been here for 3 years now, never had an issue with noise whatsoever. maintenance is great, they're friendly, responsive and efficient. The location is phenomenal and just about everything I want to do in downtown st pete is comfortably in walking distance

Evenings were spent gathered around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the starlit sky. The property also boasted beautiful gardens, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the vibrant flora. Hospitality: The hosts were incredibly gracious and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met throughout our stay. From providing insider tips on nearby attractions to arranging outdoor activities, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had an unforgettable experience. Their passion for hospitality shone through in every interaction, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. Local Attractions: Beyond the confines of the property, there was no shortage of things to see and do. We explored quaint villages, hiked scenic trails, and sampled delicious cuisine at charming local eateries. Each day brought new adventures and discoveries, further enriching our stay and leaving us with cherished memories to last a lifetime. Overall, our time at this rented house was nothing short of idyllic. It was a place where time seemed to stand still, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of our surroundings and create lasting memories with loved ones. We cannot recommend it highly enough and eagerly anticipate our next visit to this slice of paradise.
