Tips for renting in Pembroke Pines, FL

Who wouldn't want to live in Pembroke Pines? But first, let's take a look at some of the tenant laws for the area.

Florida does not have rent control, meaning your landlord is legally able to raise your rent at the end of your lease. They're also not obligated to provide air conditioning, unless it was specifically mentioned in your lease. Even if you do have AC and it breaks, your landlord isn't required to fix it. Considering Pembroke Pines' often muggy weather, this is definitely something to keep in mind.

Like all places, always make sure to read over your lease agreement carefully before signing.
