There are major concerns with this property. 1. It is advertised that they have two bedroom two bathroom which is false its two bedrooms and 1bath. Then the safety issue of the gate being broken. I've had a previous tenant knock on my door numerous times asking for mail from my mailbox with no notification of front desk prior even after telling this tenant do not return to my resident. Last but not least there are no cameras around the building and a vehicle hit my parked car over night and the building took no responsibility. On top of the very slow answer from maintenance and maintenance issues

The place was turn-in dirting, and it needed maintenance. I still have a problem with the sliding door not closing fully when the A/C air comes out; the kitchen floor trip is coming out. The office staff are excellent and helpful. Other than maintenance, it is good. I like the place
