Found this property while searching for somewhere to rent. After numerous visits, tours, etc. we happily decided to give this a shot; we're definitely happy with our decision
Manor at Flagler
I have lived here for about 6 months now. I dont have enough positive words to say about the staff. The front desk/leasing agents are always prompt and helpful with any concerns. The maintenance crew remember you by name and apartment number and are always around if anything needs tending to. My only issues with the complex are that you can often hear your neighbors conversation through the walls and that some of the pet owners are not courteous when it comes to cleaning up after their pets when accidents happen.

The building is very well located, apartment layouts are amazing (very spacious), amenities can be upgraded and pool should be made available beyond sunset.
Review
The apartment was not clean when we moved in. The refrigerator and dishwasher were disgusting, and the floors caused our feet to turn black. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place as we are paying $3100 to live in this unit. There are also several things that are broken, which easily would have been fixed if they checked the apartment before move in. Our washer is off the tracks, both sets of blinds in the living room are completely broken. The dishwasher is off the tracks as well. Lightbulbs in kitchen are burnt out - on the ceiling and the stove light. My roommates key did not work for our door, and our mail keys were to the wrong box. This place was a dream to move into, but there are several things that have made this move very un-enjoyable. We pay too much money for there to be so many issues upon move in.
