You've come a long way WT and the best is yet to come!

I've lived here going on 5 years and the community has survived COVID and has become more diverse! It is now undergoing a transformation and the owner and management are delivering!!! Keep up the great work and thanks for looking out for the community. Wilton Tower is landmark building and is finally getting the care it needed. Stop by and take a look for yourselves (oh...remember to say hello to the property Manager and Leasing Agent). :-)

Excellent property expertly managed

I've been here for a few months now and the negative reviews I've read I feel couldn't be further from the truth. Maybe earlier management could have been at fault, but I've found managers Michael and Madison to be excellent at what they do. The building is clean, the trash contained, and maintenance is always right on top of any problems. The long-time residents I've met have been extremely kind and friendly. The pool area, gym, and laundry facilities are exactly what you'd expect from a well-run residence. I really enjoy living here, and know anyone who comes on board to also live here will have the same excellent experience.

Excellent modern day living.

This is a great location! The property is a diamond in the rough, however, under renovation to bring it to the expected modern day standard for what is considered luxury living. It is charming and has a fabulous outdoor kitchen and recreation area for year-round entertainment and gatherings! The building is pet friendly and strategically placed on the new river system where you can kayak the waterways and enjoy the views. It is easy to meet your neighbors in this eclectic community and it is just a walk away from some of the most amazing eating and dancing venues in the local area! The staff is exceptionally friendly and engaged in our community. I'm looking forward to seeing the final product when all renovations are complete in this unique gem of an experience that I currently call home!
