The garbage left out on 11th Ave. is disgusting. The hallways and the front lobby should have a little decoration. It’s a very dreary when you walk into the building.

Everything Always Broken

Everything is always broken. Can't remember the last time both main elevators worked. Guest Parking is an absolute joke. Only allowed 48 hours, but 20 of them are for retail only. So if you register a guest for parking, they are not allowed to be in the spot from 9 am - 7 pm. Even if registered, you will receive a ticket if the guests car is in the guest spots during the day. Which means the car has to be moved to a meter spot, meaning during the day your guest has to pay for parking.
