Too many extra fees

One month before signing the contract prices dropped by $100 a month. I asked for a price match. It was declined. (by then it was too late for me to move something else.) Extra fees of power and garbage not mentionend. $20 extra a month for fetch should be a choice. (i do not use nor will ever use it. We want packages to come sooner rather than later)

Pet friendly, not luxury, secure garage

If you have a dog, this is a great place - directly across the street from a giant park with dedicated bark park. It's not luxury (unless you consider GE appliances luxury). Common areas are generally clean. There's a security system in place, but often someone will have the door propped open to move in/out. Location is great. Can always hear neighbor's music playing. The population here seems really transient - my mail delivery often has 5 different names of former residents (or people who used the address). No real complaints (other than rental payment system), but not likely to renew lease, either.

Great place, noise can be a bit much

I have lived here about 5 months & I think overall this is good place to live. The amenities are great, location across from the park is awesome, rent price is good. The only issue I would say is that I have an apartment directly above Sunrise Blvd & the noise from traffic can be unbearable at times. It has woken me up at night on numerous occasions. That would be my only negative, the rest of the apartment makes up for it.
