I moved into Quantum Apartments a couple of months ago, and it's been very nice. The building has everything you need and more. It is conveniently located near so many good spots to enjoy outings and restaurants but at the same time not noisy or crowded. The staff is nice and excellent problem solvers, the building is also beautiful and in pristine condition. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale security is a must and they take it very seriously. Also, Quantum residents have access to great pop up events, such as wine glass painting and random pizza parties. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Such a great place to live.

I've lived here for 6 months now and I love it now... The first few days were not great due to the many broken things we had in the apartment on move-in, however maintenance was very quick to fix the issues as quickly as they could. Guillermo is the best!! He has gone above and beyond to help us, as well as Ramon and Angel. The gate for the parking garage began functioning in June, before that there were cars that were broken into and even stolen.. we have not heard or seen any issues since the gate was installed. The only thing I would say is that we do not have any security and for the amount of money we pay here you would expect to at least have a sense of safety. They are trying to make the building more secure by installing fobs on the elevators but still think there should be security. AND cameras in the mailroom !!

Renting a studio apartment in Fort Lauderdale, FL

The bad news is that the hip neighborhoods are typically not the places to look for truly affordable homes for rent, and Fort Lauderdale, FL is no exception. That is unless you are willing to give up the (real or imagined) benefits of multiple rooms and experience the minimalist simplicity of a small apartment located smack dab in the middle of the action. Leaf through 11 listings with a total of 29 units, and you’ll be sure to find at least a couple of cheap studios that will make you wonder whether having one or two extra rooms is really worth the difference in price and commute time. Already a fan of living small? Why don’t you check out our selection of one room apartments—there’s always a better deal out there, you just have to know where to look for it (Wilton Manors is the cheapest neighborhood in town—wink wink).

They are called efficiency apartments for a reason

In case you’re still wondering, the time and effort put into finding an efficiency apartment does pay off. Literally, and pretty fast too. The Fort Lauderdale, FL average rent is currently at $1,059, but a single-bedroom apartment in Fort Lauderdale, FL can be yours for as low as $850 per month. While the cheapest bachelor units normally have a small bath and one bigger, multifunctional space (meaning that the hall and the kitchen in the main room, basically), you don’t need to have that if it’s not your thing. You can find plenty of one-room apartments in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a separate kitchen. These are still well under the price of an apartment with multiple rooms, but slightly more expensive than your average studio, so it’s a good idea to aim for the higher end of the price range. The currently the most expensive studio apartment in Fort Lauderdale, FL costs a monthly $1,360.
