Constant improvment

First time in an apartment in 45 years, so an adjustment. Change of Ownership and Three management companies in 1 year. However, now there is stability with RPM and with staff. Pros - Apartment layout , Kitchen size and storage space provided are outstanding. Location-Location-Location! Can't beat it. Monthly activities are a plus and the variety is good. Cons- TV's around property common areas have only been for show the 15 months I have lived there. Never usable and now told to get remote from office that closes at 5-6p. How does that help to watch evening sports like Football. Cleaning of common areas- halls, elevators, etc seems sporadic. Ive used fitness area a few times and there is no one cleaning after people using equipment which I understand (perhaps they clean once a day .. but , there should be products or wipes to be able to self clean after each use, with a sign that asks people do so Minor but significant.

Quiet building in great location

I moved in 2 months ago after living in a private home. I am amazed at how quiet it is in the building. I don't hear neighbors and never have to wait for an elevator, building entry or parking. Living here is very convenient to grocery shopping, Whole Foods and Publics, easy walk to many restaurants, and great access to highways 95 and 595.

Animal Meeting Required. No Pet Deposit. Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $500 for one pet and $750 for two. This includes DNA testing (Non-refundable). Pet rent is $30 per pet per month.  Restricted breeds include: Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky and wolf-hybrids.
