Thinking of moving to Solmar? Just do it!

If you're concerning moving to Solmar On 6th, just do it.Moved into Solmar over 8 years ago, when this was one of two properties in Flagler Village, and haven't had a reason to move out. Over those years we've gone through several management teams. Each team stronger than the previous. I'm not naive to expect that living in an over 300 unit property is going to be perfect. What keeps me renewing is the way that the management team addresses any needs brought to their attention, the knowledgeable Maintenance team, and the vision the Property Manager has for the property. Recent unit remodels, fresh coat of paint in common areas, change in lighting, new pool furniture and updated resident lounge puts this property in line with the newer more expensive properties. (If there was one thing I'd change is the cheap looking outdated laminate wood color flooring in common area. It cheapens the look and doesn't do much for freshly painted hallways with new light fixtures, but can't have it all lol). The location is prime. The rent can't be beat by any of the other properties. The place is not perfect, but neither are the other properties. What matters is how management responds to needs and vision. In my book, this team is above the rest.
