Love the front office staff - Jason has lead and hired a great team. Some things that are outside their immediate control are the non-stop fans and water damage construction that has been going on for almost a yr. The roof repair is also incredibly bothersome esp working from home - let alone parking. The building overall health is just has a really low bar and property is just run down - reminds me of old key west hotels on the inside compared to all the luxury apartments Solmar is surrounded by. Hoping come time to resign- prices reflect the quality

It is what it is

I felt I really had to push/hound the staff to get certain things done. They keep the halls and common areas clean. However, I do suspect they have a mold problem. Especially since they had recent water damage to the building.

It’s alright

There really needs to be service in the hallways, gym/workout area, and lobby. Me and none of my roommates/ any of our friends that come to visit are even able to make calls sometimes. Its pretty frustrating and kinda makes me wonder why im paying so much, and the building doenst even have service

Good value apartment, not luxury

The apartment is a great location and the amenities are good. The staff is nice and maintenance is responsive. I wouldn't consider anything about this building luxurious, but is a good apartment.
