Great for physician residents

This place is very central, is pet friendly and is great for dark rooms and quiet. The units are clean and affordable. They have high ceilings and it is the most space per dollar we have found in such a central location.

valued tenant?

I was/am a regularly paying renter for several years. I had one late payment for half a months rent, and without even contacting me, to see if there was a problem, or possible urgent medical problem involving their mother, or something exactly like that, they began a termination process, cutting off access to rentcafe services. I was made to pay with cashiers checks for the months to follow. Not to mention the water heater catching on fire, or the gray water back up into our apartment, or the three refrigerators that have broken in three years... Hopefully someone will read this.
