I find the building to be good for the price and in a convenient location, however there have been issues with things such as proper running water, leaking toilets, unclear communication about removing ACs for the winter/when they would be reinstalled for the summer, frequent elevator issues, and irresponsive staff in the leasing office. Despite this Samantha from the leasing office has been pretty helpful from my tour to when I moved in, I would like to give her a specific shout-out for providing great service.
