Good apartment for a graduate student
Staffs are all friendly and helpful. When I reported malfunctions, they came to fix it soon. A gym environment is also great. There are clean and decent equipments.

I have lived at The Eli for three years. The staff is professional and personable. I love the location of the building. The architecture is stunning. People are friendly and enjoy talking over coffee in the lounge. I enjoy the amenities and use them daily.
Long term resident continues as a happy tenant
The Eli has been my home for over a decade. The building is very well maintained, secure, with friendly always helpful staff and a concern for its residents that I rely upon. Their is a good mix of young, middle age, single, families, and very welcoming to people of all nationalities. I'm familiar with the other apartment buildings in the downtown area and feel confident in my choice of a home.
