Brook Hollow

Understanding the cost-of-living renting is very high now. So far living in Brook hollow the past year has been ok. The staff very helpful and I love that they take care of our packages. I did have a very loud neighbor that has since moved out and now it's very quiet. our Laundry has been down for a few months now but recently they fixed it and brought down the cost which was an added bonus. My apartment very spacious and gives us a home feeling, overall, it has been worth the expense.

Slow maintenance

The maintenance is really slow here, we’ve called about our washing machine for months, its been broke since last year in November of 2023 and just now jit fixed at the end of February 2024 or march 2024 and that’s unacceptable.
