Brook Hollow

Understanding the cost-of-living renting is very high now. So far living in Brook hollow the past year has been ok. The staff very helpful and I love that they take care of our packages. I did have a very loud neighbor that has since moved out and now it's very quiet. our Laundry has been down for a few months now but recently they fixed it and brought down the cost which was an added bonus. My apartment very spacious and gives us a home feeling, overall, it has been worth the expense.

Slow maintenance

The maintenance is really slow here, we’ve called about our washing machine for months, its been broke since last year in November of 2023 and just now jit fixed at the end of February 2024 or march 2024 and that’s unacceptable.

Living

Moving from Florida to Connecticut was a hard choice but most change of this size is hard. I was excited to find a place big enough for my Kids and I to live comfortably. The Manager Sekaniah was very welcoming, and I felt at ease with her. The rest of the staff can learn a lot from her. The grounds are clean and the life we are creating here is shaping up. Having a place to park is great and safe. There is not much else provided in the complex besides parking but that is a plus living in Connecticut. The outside is kept very clean no trash on the ground our in the halls and I love how the outside doors are locked, there a bell required for entry. Inside the apartment very spacious clean and home like feel. I was lucky to find such a great space next to my office as well.
