Great location and good staff

The location is great! Super walkable to restaurants, bars, and the Yale campus. It's downtown location does make it a bit loud on the weekends. Amenities are adequate but nothing super fancy.

Great building

I have lived at 360 State St for 9 years and have loved my time here. The location is perfect for easy access to the highways and downtown, and it's nice to be so close to a grocery store. The amenities are all great and well-maintained. The staff are the best part though, it's so nice to have friendships with the concierges and maintenance staff!
