Maintenance takes far too long. I waited months for repair of my dishwasher and had to call multiple times to follow up. Moreover, the maintenance staff were rude and did not know what they were doing.

Lived here for the past year. Good distance to my work place. Good gym.

I enjoy living in my apartment and I’m happy with the unit itself. One issue I’ve experienced is with the communication style of the maintenance director—her tone in the interactions I've had with her felt unnecessarily harsh and not very client-friendly

Exceptional leasing staff and maintenance team, interesting apartment layouts, and prime location in New Haven. The parking garage + shared trash/recycling with nearby restaurant is just my least favorite part of living here; the smell can get really bad.

I had to move because the parties on high street were becoming more and more frequent and the noise seemed to bounce off buildings and come straight to my apartment

Great community to live at! Neighbors won’t necessarily speak to you but are pleasant.
