Wonderful Building - Dings for Elevator and Frat House Noise
The historic building and apartment/studio are charming. The Staff (esp Mtc) exceptional. The location is the best EXCEPT that it is located across the street from Frat Houses and the noise level is truly unbelievable unless you experience it. If you are a student that isn't bothered by the lawn/DJ parties until 2-3am; than this is your spot. The elevator is a relic which is cool for vibes BUT it is out of service enough to make you weary and it is SLOW (forget about trying to move). One year and not resigning.

close to yale and helpful for my current job
College Frat NOISE
Elevator not reliable. The loud music from darties and parties at the houses across the front ruin this location and the charm of the building. Understand if it would have been advertised as apartments on fraternity row - then there would have been that expectation.
