Love/Hate Relationship

I like living here because I've settled roots here, and it's become my routine, but the noise is INSANE. Every single day, kids run around screaming in the courtyard, and I know there's nothing we can do about that, they're kids being kids. They absolutely have a right to play and have fun. But it's CONSTANT and it echoes off of all the walls. They also like to slam basketballs up against our walls, shoot Nerf darts at our windows, and throw rocks onto patios. Paired with having an upstairs neighbor who screams/sings constantly at decibels that would befit an opera house, having a quiet day to myself is far and few between. I love the apartment size though, and it's perfect for what I can afford and the space I need. It's tough staying though because of the noise. That's the biggest complaint.
