When you apply online, you will pay at the very end of your application. The first primary applicant pays the application fees for all other applicants, so please plan accordingly! A guarantor, also known as a co-signer, must NOT be the primary applicant.

A primary applicant MUST be an occupant living in the apartment. If you are applying for the waitlist there are no available homes at this time.

Hidden Creek Apartments are a great place to live!

I have lived here for 27 years, and I can say the last several years have been the most content and safe I have felt here. The staff always responds to my concerns, and I appreciate that. Hidden Creek has been my home for 27 years and I have a lot of history and have seen so many changes, but the last few years have been exceptional. One thing that I really appreciate is the pet policies you don't see hardly any pet approved apartment's/home rentals in the Santa Cruz. Also, Arron and Kitty have been so kind to me that they feel like family.
