Good place for me!

In spite of the downside of my location within this complex...no cross ventilation and the noise of those in the pool area...I love it here! The staff does a good job - both the office & maintenance personnel are competent and polite. Because of the physical location, I can get anywhere in the county quickly, and it's always a pleasure to come home

Loud

Unfortunately due to the noise alone, Hidden Creek SC gets the least stars possible. If you live here, you will be woken up multiple times per week by excessively loud lead blowing starting at 8am and continuing for at least 3 hours. There is other loud parking lot noise every night but with earplugs, one might be able to sleep through it. The leaf blowing, on the other hand, is impossible to sleep through even with earplugs. It is also impossible to work through even with headphones on.

Good location

I've lived here for many years, and I'm still liking it. The location is great, the grounds are well maintained, the staff are always friendly. There are issues of course, but generally it's a good place to live.

Hidden Creek Apartments are a great place to live!

I have lived here for 27 years, and I can say the last several years have been the most content and safe I have felt here. The staff always responds to my concerns, and I appreciate that. Hidden Creek has been my home for 27 years and I have a lot of history and have seen so many changes, but the last few years have been exceptional. One thing that I really appreciate is the pet policies you don't see hardly any pet approved apartment's/home rentals in the Santa Cruz. Also, Arron and Kitty have been so kind to me that they feel like family.
