Well Maintained
Its well manintained and clean. Amenities could be better - specially pool and the gym. Guest parking is a necessity but absent in the apartment.

Nice pool, dangerous apt.
It's okay but our floors are caving in and nails keep popping out of the floor. The pool is really nice when it's not too busy

Great place to live! Beautiful nature on the territory.
My family and I have been living in Old Orchard for half a year. The only place in the neighborhood with such a beautiful territory with a lot of vegetation. I like to spend time with my family at the barbecue by the pool. Having a gym on site saves a lot of time. A fireplace in the evenings is something wonderful. Totally recommend Old Orchard!!
