Parking is consistent and reliable for residents. However, It can be difficult for guests to find parking. Villas has made package delivery, remote access to the building, and maintenance requests convenient and easy for residents. Villas is also located near all types of restaurants and stores.

I have enjoyed living at Vilas on the Boulevard (Santa Clara) for the last 8 months. Both my wife and myself have found all of the facilities to be excellent: the pool table, the gym, the pool and especially the conference room. We appreciate the staff and the efficient maintenance support. The central location of this area gives us easy access to restaurants, groceries and other arterial roads like SanTomas and Central Expressway. Lastly, the interiors of the apartment look smooth. We would totally recommend our apartment!

Overall i love living at villas on the boulevard. I love the location and i love the floor plan of the apartment and i love the look of the courtyard and i love how quick ans efficienf rhd maintenance is. However, ive has issies with fhe staff where i email and i follow up on emails and i get no responses and the only way to get any real results sometimes is to go into the leasing office and apply a bit of pressure which isnt always easy since their office hours end before regular business hours. Also the parking is a difficult situation since the garage is very small and there is a tiny amount of guest parking that the residents fill up. It makes it hard to invite guests because there is nowhere for them to park.

Love the staff, they are super helpful. The whole building is well kept, and pretty quiet. Overall, it's been great living here and meeting genuinely nice people. Definitely the best deal for what you get vs what you pay. Would absolutely recommend.
