Hidden Lake

I've had such a positive experience thanks to Fikret and Gemma! Fikret is always attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond to keep the property looking clean and well-maintained. No request is ever too small, and he takes care of everything quickly and with a smile. Gemma is equally amazing—always professional, kind, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. It's clear they both genuinely care about the residents and the community. Grateful to have such a great team managing the property!

I requested some repairs on my bathroom very fast responded they were fixed very fast very good service thanks

over 20 years here, only problem is street traffic - maybe additional window inserts would help with that

We absolutely loved living at Hidden Lake. The 1br apartment had a good layout, and it was well-equipped and spacious. I loved that it had a nice private patio looking at the luscious garden. The walls are pretty soundproof, too. Gemma is the greatest property manager, by far, that I have ever worked with! She is kind and friendly, available, and always ready to help. She really cares about her tenants. Having her as the property manager was a big part of our great experience with Hidden Lake. Her and her team are really on top of things. The property is very well-kept. They respond to maintenance requests promptly, too, though it was rarely needed on our part. The property is pet-friendly, which we loved. People are respectful and keep their pups on leash, too. Our dog loved the place, too - there's beautiful trees and other plants all around. The "hidden lakes" are very nice to look at and they are frequented by ducks who often have babies :) Super cute. If we were to return to the area ever again, we would definitely want to live here!

I've lived at Hidden Lakes Apt. For two years, and I still love it. Gemma, the property manager is great. She loves and respects each tenant. She goes the extra mile by organizing events to bring all the neighbors together, such as a Halloween Party. Easter Egg Hunts, etc. Fecret, the maintenance person is also a great asset for Hidden Lakes Apt. I once locked myself out and he came at 10:30 pm to let me in. I love this place and I also love the people that manage and maintain the Hidden Lakes Apts. I recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking for their home. Respectfully, Gina
