This was a great place to call home!

There’s no place like The Presidio Apartments! The office dedicated manager Erika, and all the amazing office gals have really taken care of the property and the tenants which has elevated the experience tremendously. I lived here for three years and it was one of the best priced places with a location you can't beat! 10 minutes from the beaches and down town San Diego, You’ll always be close to home! I would recommend this property to anyone moving to San Diego and a bonus is they work with your credit! The only reason I left was because I moved to Texas, but if I move back I’ll definitely be staying at The Presidio Apartments! <3

Great place to live

I can't recommend this place enough! It is conveniently located to all shopping in the Midway district! The staff is like family and cater to your needs. The maintenance is hard at work everyday and it shows. The front office staff is friendly and professional and are always happy to help. There is no question why I stayed here for over 3 years!!!!

Extremely efficient Erica

One morning I awoke to a maintenance emergency. There was a leak from the upstairs bathroom into mine. I was so amazed on how fast Erica organized her Maintenance team to the task of securing the emergency. It was handled quickly and efficiently. Erica is responsible for all efficient positive changes made here and for her I am grateful. Thank You
