Nice apartments, modern, clean, stylish. Lots of amenities. Staff is good. Walking trails and close to everything.

    5/5 Ashley on Jun 30, 2023

I have lived in the Montecito Apartments for nearly four years and am grateful to call it home day after day. The resort-style amenities make every day feel like a vacation: cabanas, fire pits, bocce ball, grills and more! I especially love the gym, because it has everything I need and I've been able to save money by cancelling my gym membership and have the convenience of working out in my own neighborhood. The neighbors are so kind, as is the staff.
