I appreciate that I can walk in the early mornings and evenings in this neighborhood and feel safe. The residents in this neighborhood are respectful of others and are typically friendly.

There’s constantly construction going on in the neighborhood and the trashcan comes extremely early in the morning. I would say this is a noisy neighborhood. Staff seems like they have no sense of urgency most times I end up having to go into the office because they’re not responding to their emails or messages.

It has been pleasant so far. No parking near the pool because of consutrxtion is unfornuate and we had to submit quite a few fix it requests.
