Quiet, and peaceful but everything pretty much has broken that we have touched aka the blinds, the garbage disposal, the vent for the microwave above the stove. Property manager has helped as much as possible.

The staff here is wonderful and so helpful. Love all the space you get in these townhomes too

Great location near the village and beaches. Close to lagoon and grocery store. ! Large bedrooms with great neighbors.

This is definitely a good place to live. It is just getting run down. It so needs a power wash as the rest of the block looks great and ours sticks out as looking a mess. Driving by I wouldn't say "lets look at this place" at all as the outside physical appearance along with pool furniture is so old. Inside you can make your home nice and the room you have is great, so I would recommend to live here if you don't mind the outside looking a bit of a shamble. Staff great and pretty quick on maintenance so overall its awesome.

These are very well located places, good size and utility but the maintenance leaves something to be desired, trying to get things fixed properly is hard.

I think it is a great location, but many promises were made and not kept. Place is run down inside but we make due. I mainly stay due to location.
