The apartments give me a feeling of safety. Location wise I am glad to be able to take a walk down to the beach if need be. Thankful for the responsive staff that are willing to help with any situations under their control.

Great place to live but....

I have been residing in this apartment complex for more than 3 years now. However, the increasing rent prices have not brought any significant improvements to the apartment or the community. The surroundings are quite unpleasant with a lot of dirt and foul odors from smoking and dog urine. Previously, smokers were allowed to smoke at least 50 feet away from the buildings, but now the smell has become so overpowering that I can't even open my windows. Furthermore, it has been months since the landscape was cleaned, and only the entrance is well-maintained.
