?????????? I had a great experience at this storage facility! Josi was amazing — super kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to show me around and helped me find the perfect unit close to the elevator, which makes everything so much easier. The place is clean, safe, and well organized. I definitely recommend it! ... Read more

This location is pretty sketchy, it's underneath the freeway and there are lots of transients in the area living on the edge. Security is questionable as there's only a signup sheet and anybody can come and go from the buildling. Although my belongings were ok during the 3 weeks I rented a unit, I decided not to continue because it didn't feel safe and worse, there's a lot of mold/mildew in the cheaper wooden units and the smell is very hard to get out of your belongings. This kind of mold is pretty toxic and probably dangerous to people with compromised immune systems. It took a few days to get the smell out of my car just from moving my stuff out of there. Would not use again. ... Read more

Great location—near trains, trolleys, busses, parking lot. Convenient drop-off/pick-up zone with parking places at the entrance. There’s an elevator near the entrance if you aren’t on the ground floor for large loads which can be transported via carts provided at entrance. The employees run a tight shift. No loiterers (as in non-employee loiterers). I feel safe using this storage knowing there are cameras and “unique locks” (in the words of my locksmith). Repartee amongst the employees keeps the levity going but they are serious about their jobs. Also good value. I appreciated my time using the storage where I keep most of my belongings as I work a seasonal job that has required me to bounce around California. Instead of hauling everything I own with me to every hotel or keeping them in a friend’s garage, moms home, etc. it has worked perfectly for my needs to keep most of my things. ... Read more

I have been a customer here for over six years and they are the cheapest in town. Even after new management took over less than two years ago. I was worried because I knew they would raise the rental price at some point and they did. Regardless new management gave me love and kept it very reasonable since then. I decided to stay and happy with the new manager. Magda actually cares. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 100 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
