I live very comfortably
I wish rent wasnt so high in this city but I can say I do live peacefully in my complex. Everyone is friendly and minds their business. The manager and maintenance staff are very kind and efficient. Coming from a very bad experience in my last apt complex, this place is very comforting to come home to.

I like this place
PS is a nice place to live except tenants constantly let their pets pee in the rock areas next to apartment doors. the manager has done a great job in curbing the behavior since she arrived.

This place is great but nothing fancy. Wish there was more lighting in the back entrance and it can get noisy some days with all the dogs and kids around but that’s probably expected anywhere. 4/5
