The building is just really old

I see a lot of people move in and out. Usually, that’s a bad sign. I had someone ask me how long I plan to stay here. Maintenance requests take a long time to follow-up on, and it’s usually initiated by the person that requests it to begin with. They also need to be a high priority request in order for any traction to begin. I like how diverse it is here, but people aren’t really sociable as there are many different generations and I notice some people like to keep to themselves. I see some friendships here. Anyways, you can tell this building is pretty old and some major maintenance seems to be needed and gets put off. The laundry machine cards are $5 the last time I checked, and that’s not good if you lose the card because it’s $5 just for the card that is $0 going towards laundry.

Peaceful Home

I've lived here only 2 months but absolutely love it here. Neighbors are friendly whenever we cross paths. I live on the bottom floor and it's not that bad having neighbors above me. I really like that the parking is secure so that's one less thing I need to worry about. At night, its quiet which is nice because we are so close to the main street (Colorado) so its convenient having that nearby while I get to distance myself when I get home.

Great place to live

Great place to live. The maintenance guy is very nice and gets things done. We have a new manager but I don't even know her name. I hope the swimming pool and spa will be ready once it gets warmer.

Decent apartment, no pool access

Pool damaged the power room two years ago, we lost power for a month and the pool only opened for a week since. With the pool closed its difficult to access the parking garage and garbage. Company hasn't been able to keep a manager on site for more than a few months. But all the managers have been good people. Otherwise its a good place to live, nice access to Lake Ave and Old Pasadena.
