The maintenance is low. They are strict about little things

The pipes need to be replaced. The old pipe water residue stains everything. There’s gnats for some reason. Maintenance requests take way too long. They inspect and have go into the units way too often than just their semi annual inspections. There’s always reason why they need to go into the units. Then they also have unclear rules about things. Staff does not seem happy to be there. The newer units are at market rental value but many of the tenants here have been here for so long; so the condition of the units fall in line with those units where the tenants have been here more than a decade. These are hard times though. Because it’s not great here but everyone is getting poorer and things are becoming less and less affordable. So, I don’t want to be here, but I have to in order to survive.

Franklin house has been a great place to live for the past year and a half. The location is everything. Evan is a great manager.

Honestly I hate it here

It boggles my mind that people have lived here for decades very happily; they seem to be older folk. Then there’s also the other extreme where people constantly move out of here after a year. They’re strict about their rules, seemingly care about aesthetics, and actually schedule 2 general inspections into your home every year. Yet, they take forever to respond to maintenance requests. Theyre constantly hiring new maintenance guys. They replaced our electric panels because the insurance said they had to, and they left a hole in the wall for almost an entire month.
