I am very dissatisfied with the level of communication, follow-through, and accountability from management. This has been a pattern from the Property Manager down to the Senior Sales Associate. There have been multiple situations where concerns were either not responded to in a timely manner or not responded to at all. Too often, residents have to send multiple follow-ups or physically track someone down just to get basic information. Maintenance communication and completion also needs serious improvement. There have been times when a work order is marked or emailed as completed when the issue was not actually resolved. That creates confusion and makes residents feel dismissed instead of supported. Some maintenance issues have taken far too long to address, and the follow-up process has been inconsistent. A major example was the AC/HVAC issue. Residents were notified that the unit connection was down, but there was very little communication afterward. The issue went on for well over a month, and despite follow-up emails asking for updates, clear responses were not provided. A fan was provided, but that did not fully address the inconvenience of being without normal AC/air service for that length of time. There was also no rent credit, concession, or meaningful compensation offered for the disruption. There have also been other issues where the response was poor, delayed, or lacked proper follow-through. For the amount residents pay to live here, communication and service should be much better. When something is broken or when a resident raises a concern, there should be timely updates, realistic timelines, and confirmation only after the issue is actually resolved. The location and property may be good, but the customer service, communication, maintenance follow-through, and accountability have not matched the standard residents should expect.

Our experience living here over the past year has been wonderful. We can't speak highly enough about the staff—they're always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. The community is welcoming, there are always fun events to bring everyone together, and the building is consistently clean and well maintained. They're constantly touching up the paint, keeping the hallways clean, and making sure everything looks great. We truly love living here and are grateful to call this place home.

Wtf is wrong here, i need to call the maintenance every week because something is always broken. Had to ask for a change of batteries for the blinder and the door twice in 1 month ... Come on

I have been living in this building for a while now, and I must say, it has been a wonderful experience. The facilities are top-notch, from the modern gym and spacious lounge to the well-maintained common areas. From the moment I moved in, they have been incredibly helpful and friendly. The front desk team is always ready to assist with a smile, and the maintenance crew is prompt and efficient, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly. The management is also highly responsive and genuinely cares about the residents' needs. They regularly organize community events that bring everyone together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home.
