I like the area and the apartment complex
I just moved in and I love the aesthetic and the feel of the place. Great location close to Jack London.

Truly the finest apartment building I have experienced. It reminds me of an elegant London hotel. It is unparalled in Oakland as it stands alone overlooking Lake Merritt and far beyond. The apartments are HUGE and every single one has a massive balcony. The thick walls and concrete floor make it soundproof. The staff are very attentive. The large, secure parking garage is part of the building itself.
Just started living here, but everything is convenient, the view is great, and the staff are all super helpful.

I chose this building specifically for its proximity to Temescal and the chance to get the key amenities I wanted for a reasonable price. It’s not the fanciest place, but it is comfortable and well-run by the building/community manager and the maintenance guy. There have been some issues with the building due to uncontrollable factors, but I’ve really appreciated the communication and effort from the staff to address them. That to me is always important.
